- The anti-reverse grid-connection cabinet plays a core protective role in photovoltaic power generation systems:
- It uses an intelligent monitoring system to perform real-time detection of the grid status.
- Once reverse power feeding from the photovoltaic system to the public grid is detected, the device can quickly cut off the reverse current circuit within 0.2 seconds, effectively protecting grid-side equipment from impact.
- It has multiple core functions: the reverse current detection accuracy reaches ±0.5% (enabling precise detection of reverse current); the fast circuit breaker protection action time is ≤50ms (for rapid response); the real-time power adjustment range is 20-100% (allowing flexible power adjustment based on actual conditions).
- These functions can effectively prevent serious accidents caused by reverse power feeding, such as transformer burnout and relay protection misoperation.
Project Background
- Background Description: With the popularization of photovoltaic systems, more and more users are installing photovoltaic systems to save electricity costs. However, in some regions, the power grid is already saturated, so surplus electricity from newly installed photovoltaic power stations is not allowed to flow back to the grid. Therefore, anti-reverse current devices need to be installed.
- Key Difficulties: During the use of anti-reverse current devices, the following problems exist: 1. Anti-reverse devices need to be used in conjunction with current transformers, circuit breakers, etc. These devices have diverse specifications, requirements and manufacturers, making model selection troublesome; 2. The wiring of various components is complex; 3. The installation position of current transformers is unclear.
- Solution: To solve the above problems, our company provides a complete set of anti-reverse supporting equipment, namely the anti-reverse photovoltaic grid-connection cabinet. It includes 2 schemes: 1. A grid-connection cabinet compatible with 1 set of 100kW inverter; 2. A grid-connection cabinet compatible with 2 sets of 50kW inverters.
