- Five-bend profile welded structure, delivered fully assembled; lifting eyes optional for easy transportation and handling.
- Standard base height: 100 mm; frame with 25 mm pitch modular mounting holes for easy installation.
- Front door can be perforated as required; optional front panels, secondary mounting plates, and secondary-layer doors available.
- Mounting plate available with galvanized or powder-coated finish; cutouts can be customized.
- Wide range of accessories available; various non-standard/custom sizes accepted according to requirements.
Main Materials
- Mounting plate: Aluzinc-coated steel or electrophoretic coating; other parts made of SECC galvanized steel sheet.
- Thickness: 2.5mm / 2.0mm / 1.5mm / 1.2 mm.
- Surface treatment: Degreasing → ceramization → pure water washing → electrophoresis or electrostatic spraying
- Protection class: IP20
- Load Capacity: Static load: 800KG
