Overview
The Precision Power Distribution Unit is an intelligent power distribution cabinet designed for the energy endpoints of data center rooms, comprehensively collecting all energy data. It provides high-precision measurement data for terminal energy monitoring systems, displays real-time power quality data via its display unit, and transmits data to the backend environmental monitoring system via RS485 communication. This enables real-time monitoring of the entire power distribution system and management of operational quality. Alternatively, it can be configured to solely collect, display, and remotely transmit main circuit electrical parameters based on customer requirements.
Product Features
- Equipped with power monitoring modules, it measures three-phase current, voltage, active power, reactive power, apparent power, power factor, and frequency on the incoming side. Simultaneously, it monitors multiple branch circuits for current, voltage, active power, and power factor. It displays cumulative active energy and incremental energy while monitoring all system operating parameters through an integrated HMI interface.
- Beyond energy management, it incorporates operational and safety management functions, enhancing overall distribution system reliability and mitigating risks;
- Supports a large number of circuits with high space utilization, reducing footprint;
- Users can remotely access both via the data center backend management system for real-time monitoring of electrical parameters, switch status, neutral-to-ground voltage, leakage current, etc. It also enables out-of-limit alarms and data upload functions.
- Fault information is stored locally, retaining at least 5,000 historical records and fault logs for easy retrieval and analysis;
- The HMI is integrated into the front panel of the distribution cabinet, comprising:7-inch or 10-inch LCD display with Chinese/English interface;System status indicator lights and audible alarm;
