Overview

The GGD-type low-voltage fixed switchgear is suitable for power distribution systems of power users such as power plants, substations, and industrial and mining enterprises. It operates at an AC frequency of 50Hz, with a rated operating voltage of 380V and a rated operating current up to 3150A. It is used for power conversion, distribution and control of power, lighting and power distribution equipment.

GGD is a new type of low-voltage power distribution cabinet designed in accordance with the requirements of the superior authorities of the Ministry of Energy, as well as extensive power users and design departments, following the principles of safety, economy, rationality and reliability. The product features high breaking capacity, excellent dynamic and thermal stability, flexible electrical schemes, convenient combination, strong serialization and practicability, novel structure, and high protection class. It can be used as an upgraded replacement product for low-voltage complete switchgear.

GGD complies with standards such as IEC439 Low-voltage Complete Switchgear and Controlgear and GB7251 Low-voltage Complete Switchgear.

Meaning of the Model

Operating Conditions

The ambient air temperature shall not exceed +40°C or be lower than -5°C, and the 24-hour average temperature shall not exceed +35°C;
For indoor installation and use, the altitude of the installation site shall not exceed 2000m;
The relative humidity of the ambient air shall not exceed 50% at the maximum temperature of +40°C. Higher relative humidity is allowed at lower temperatures (e.g., 90% at +20°C), taking into account the occasional condensation caused by temperature changes;
The inclination angle between the equipment and the vertical plane during installation shall not exceed 5°;
The equipment shall be installed in a location free from severe vibration, shock, and environments that could cause corrosion to electrical components;
For special user requirements, solutions can be negotiated with the manufacturer.
