The ODF Distribution Box is used for optical cable fusion splicing, termination, scheduling and protection in optical fiber communication. It adopts a high-density modular design, supports multi-interface compatibility and full-front operation, and is suitable for scenarios such as equipment rooms and FTTH (Fiber To The Home). Its installation and maintenance are efficient and convenient.
Product Features
- The housing is made of cold-rolled steel plate, with epoxy electrostatic spray treatment on the surface, featuring corrosion resistance and high mechanical strength. The splicing tray is made of flame-retardant plastic to avoid signal loss.
- It adopts a drawer-type pull-out structure. All splicing and patching operations can be completed from the front without disassembling the box. It has a built-in layered cable management system and a clear identification area, supporting color coding or label management to quickly locate ports and fault points.
- The integrated splicing and distribution design increases the single-machine core density by 30%. A 1U unit supports a maximum of 96-core distribution, reducing space occupation by 50% compared with traditional solutions.
- It provides customized solutions for scenarios such as FTTH, LAN/WAN (Local Area Network/Wide Area Network), and CATV (Cable Television), and can integrate value-added modules such as optical splitters and wavelength division multiplexers.
