Overview

    This product is developed by absorbing advanced foreign technologies and combining domestic actual conditions. The entire product features small size, easy installation and maintenance, low noise, low loss, anti-theft, strong overload capacity, and full protection. It is suitable for new residential communities, green belts, parks, stations, hotels, construction sites, airports, and other places.
    The FB prefabricated box-type substation (American-style) is applicable to 10kV ring network power supply, dual-power supply, or terminal power supply systems, serving as a device for power transformation, metering, compensation control, and protection.
    This product complies with the following standards: GB/T17467-1998 【High-Voltage and Low-Voltage Prefabricated Substations】; DL/T537-93 【Technical Conditions for Ordering 6-35kV Box-Type Substations.】

Operating Conditions

  • Altitude: Not exceeding 1000 meters;
  • Ambient temperature: -35°C ~ +40°C;
  • Relative humidity: Daily average not greater than 95%, monthly average not greater than 90%;
  • Installation site: Locations free from fire, explosion hazards, and chemically corrosive gases, with good ventilation; the ground inclination angle shall not exceed 3°.

Functions and Features

  • Fully insulated, fully sealed, maintenance-free or low-maintenance, reliably ensuring personal safety;
  • Compact structure: its volume is only 1/3 to 1/5 of that of European-style transformers with the same capacity, and its height is lower;
  • A split-box structure can be adopted to avoid oil contamination inside the transformer oil tank;
  • Double-fuse full-range protection is used on the high-voltage side, greatly reducing costs;
  • Can be used in both ring networks and terminals; the cable head can be plugged and unplugged emergently under a 200A load current;
  • The cabinet body is made of stainless steel material, with both heat insulation and heat dissipation functions;
  • An electronic phase-loss protector is installed on the low-voltage side; when abnormal voltage occurs in the system, it can quickly trip the main incoming switch;
  • The oil-immersed load switch on the high-voltage side can be upgraded to electric operation, laying a foundation for realizing distribution network automation;
  • Uses oil-immersed S11 transformers or higher-performance S13 series transformers;
