The NKG6-12 solid-insulated ring network switchgear is an environmentally friendly composite-insulated ring network cabinet independently developed by our company. It is a fully sealed power supply unit, with all live parts and switches completely sealed in an epoxy resin enclosure.
The entire switching device is not affected by the external environment, ensuring operational reliability and personal safety, and achieving maintenance-free operation.
It consists of three types of switches, namely the V unit (circuit breaker unit), the C unit (load switch unit), and the F unit (combined electrical appliance unit). Each unit can be used independently or its structure can be freely expanded. It includes an intelligent control instrument room and is connected to the busbar with dedicated joints.

Environmental Protection
All materials used in the product manufacturing are non-toxic and harmless, and no toxic or harmful substances are emitted during use. The materials can be recycled after their service life, which determines the environmental friendliness of the product.
The fully insulated, fully sealed, and fully shielded epoxy resin switch cabinet and fuse cabinet (epoxy resin has excellent electrical, mechanical, and thermal properties and has been used in electrical equipment for a long time, achieving good performance). The switch cylinder and fuse cylinder are molded using epoxy resin APG technology. The insulating cylinder is a key component of the solid-insulated switch, serving as both an insulating part and a load-bearing part. It is required to meet technical requirements such as heat resistance, weather resistance, crack resistance, high mechanical strength, and good insulation strength. The cylinder is large in volume, has many inserts, and various shapes, making its manufacturing quite difficult. Years of experience in designing and manufacturing insulating parts have ensured the high-quality mass production of this component through efforts in cylinder design, material formulation, and process flow. According to user requirements, a cylinder with an externally shielded ground that can be touched can be provided.
Maintenance-Free
Except for the operating mechanism, the high-voltage switch part of the solid-insulated indoor AC high-voltage vacuum switchgear is in a fully sealed state, which makes it free from cleaning and maintenance, reducing the operation and maintenance costs.
Wide Application Range
The switch cylinder and the isolating switch operating mechanism box adopt a dynamic and static sealing structure to form a sealed cavity, which is filled with dry nitrogen at zero gauge pressure. It does not use SF6 gas and is completely isolated from the external environment, ensuring the switchgear can be used under all working conditions.
